I don't know if this has been beaten to death yet, but I don't like the 4afe in my ST and I was hoping to put a 4age in there, whether sc or not, and I was wondering what's involved. I'd like to keep my fwd and stick, I just wondered if it was mostly bolt on and what kind of fab I'd have to do for it. Any pointers, refrences are apprecieated.

You'll need engine, ECU and wiring harness. You'll need a hood scoop for the SC top mount intercooler or you can use a front mount. Engine will bolt into stock mounts. Tranny will match up. Don't know about the flywheel. Oh check to see if the 4A-GE/GZE you get come with power steering or not. Some doesn't. And check Corolla forums for more info on 4A-GE/GZE swaps.
