Canada intakes, exhaust, and horsepower

whats up guys,

ive been doing some thinking lately...and i think ive decided to not go with a 3sgte. i want to do my car up, but theres other stuff i need my money for right now

having said that theres other mods ive been thinking of and want everyones opinion and certain parts

i need to know what would be the best intake and exhaust systems for my car. if anyone know the price of these parts and how many horses they would add to my car that would be great.

im just gonna stick with my 94 celica 5sfe, i dont need much power , i just want a little more

thanks to everyone in advance

open exhaust ports and swiss cheese mod your intake.
okay sorry i honestly don't know for the na style celicas, i would guess that an exhaust setup you can get 2.5+ in or so at a local shop will be just as good as any.

for intake..just get any pipe from a civic or something..it will work with your celica..as for exhaust...a 2.25" mandrel bent exhaust will do with any muffler...i prefer magnaflow..they sound nice on celicas..and look clean as well if you go with the dual tip..

A simple K&N drop in filter. Header, full highflow catback and you're good.

See if AEM or Injen have any intakes for your car. I like AEM because it gives you some pretty decent power the the sound is pretty nice too. As for your exhaust, you should try going to a shop and have them build you a custom exhaust system with bigger piping, once you've got the bigger piping done, you can either go for an aftermarket muffler like turbo GT suggested, or you can try going for a aftermarket catback system. see if flowmaster has anything available, call em up and see what they can do for you.

if you intend to turbo your car at all in the near future then get the exhaust system done right the first time instead of having to upgrade it again in the future. Nothing less than 2.5" - 3.0" is better. Get the Civic intake with a cone filter, the filter can be resued on the turbo swap and the Civic intake can be resold to those dumb ricers. Thats about as far as you want to go in terms of performance inhancing upgrades to you now current motor if a swap is planned in the future everything else will be a waste of money - yes that even includes an AFC!
