remove the tires, remove the cotter pin on the drive shaft and the one on the tie rod, bang out the tie rod from the spindle, remove the large 30mm bolt on the shaft, remove the 3 bolts holding the lower ball joint to the spindle, pry the lower control arm down and pop the lower ball joint out from the control arm, swing out the whole strut/splindle assembly and bang the drive shaft out of the hub. *NOTE: do not put the wheel back on the hub or have the weight of the car on the hub assembly without the drive shaft torqued in place or you will wreck the wheel bearings!*

Not familiar with the 94 ST but the CV axle goes into the trannny side by either bolts or 'flange'
Bolts are straightforward, just loosen the bolts tranny side first, then loosen the hub side. Tranny side first cuz you may need to rotate the cv axles to get access to all the bolts.
If it's the flanged type, use a prybar (or a cv axle puller if you have one) gently pry it out. It's held in by a 'C' clip on the end of the axle. ALso check out RadCastro's excellent site and go to clutch install: http://www.radcastro.com/Projects/Pr...T2GT4/472.aspx
