i checked in the gas station. there is no 91 or 93.... there are just 3 kinds of gas. normal, plus, and super.

I get 92 octane from Esso its the super gas and i can get 94octane petro canada too but that stuff is a waste of money cause its no good.

If you want the best and are willing to spend the money, go for Sunoco 94 Octane. Otherwise, just get what the manual recommends. It makes no sense to get anything else.

for our high compression engines, we need the highest octane available (I know there was a misprint in the earlier manuals - 95 octane - which doesn't exist here) but i'm guess we're supposed to use the highest octane available? something to do with detonation? i dunno...i'm just talking outta my ass right now :grin:

Dez is right get the highest octane possible I use 94 octane on all of my families cars even if they don't require it. He's also right about the detonation but Iwon't get into that (too long)
