Another AC question

So I know that people are asking AC questions but I thought that I'd ask another one. My AC was blowing fuses (2) and wouldn't even cut on...just flashed. I finally got to the point that I drove around with the windows down and sweated as much as I could. I think the problem lies in the clutch on the compressor because I noticed it was making a grinding sounds and is very loose. I took off the Compressor and was going to try and just replace the clutch, but I can't figure out how to get it off the compressor. Any clues on how to do this or should I just dish out the money for a whole new compressor? Thanks.

BTW. my car is a 91 GT convertible
