Gen5 Reset computer

I recently had a new oxygen sensor put in due to a surging bad running Celica. They told me it was bad and next told me I needed a MAP sensor which is $315 at the dealer. I found one at the salvage yard for $50 and now the car runs better but the engine light came back on even after pulling the EFI fuse to reset it.
By they I mean the local auto shop mechanics who worked on it. They also told me I would have to RESET the computer after replacing the MAP sensor.
OK here's the question; to reset the computer do I just pull that one EFI fuse and then replace it after a little time or is there another reset he may have been talking about?

Nope, that the only way to reset the ECU. That or remove the negative from the battery but that would yield the same results as removing the EFI fuse with the downside of loosing your stereo config.
