Gen5 Slow Revving... suggestions please

Ok I've had this problem a while...
93 Celica ST 5spd Stock
My car rev's a little slow in my opinion. I've tried to take it in stride, explain away that it's just an older car... but still there's something more I can do right?
Here's what I've done in the last 6-12 months...
New timing belt
New spark plugs
New spark cap
New spark rotor
New spark wires
New timing belt
New oil pan gaskets
New valve cover gaskets
New spark plug hole gaskets
New battery
Oil change in the last 2500 miles with Valvoline 5-30 and Fran filter,
That's about it.

I don't want to spend a whole lot of money like for a lightweight flywheel and all...
I'll try just about anything...
Should I take off my A/C belt and see what that does for me?

Thanks in advance

Can you raise idle by adjusting the idle screw? If not, clean the throttle body.
