AC not getting cool

Alright so after a couple days of work and evacuating and charging the system I still can't seem to get the AC to cool down, especially while I'm driving. I've replaced the compressor, expansion valve, and drier. the compressor is a remanufactured one and that's my only guess as to the problem. Any ideas or know how's on how to check the compressor? If not that is there anyone out there that thinks it could be something else. I'm on a somewhat of a tight budget and can't afford to go to the dealer or shop for every little thing, but I may have to for this one. THanks

How about the evaporator? did you check for leaks?

What are the symptoms? Is the A/C light blinking?
