I need a new timing belt for my 94 GT..never replaced it b4 or ever replaced a timing belt..they eay to do on my car?? and how much does it cost??

ABout $80 CDN for the belt and only a few hours work for a good mechanic, I wouldn't attpemt it myself

dont forget to change the water pump as well....you'll save a lot of money if you do both at the same time..

yea, but definately change the water pump if you're doing it yourself. It's not that hard of a job, just take your time and get a rubber mallet in case your motor mounts are a little stuck. (happened to me)

ahh cool coool..thanks for all the help and advise...i shodu be doin it inteh next lil while...when my best friend is free to help me..hes workin on his own project righ tnow...a 1991 CRX...engien swap...1.6L twin cam. pretty fast
