91 celica gt

hi everyone, i have a question, one of my friends has a celica like mine and he did a cool diy with his headlights. he made them go up and down, one at a time. i found that kind of kool,...does anyone know how to do that or how to make your headlights jus go down half so they would look lazy? thanx 4 any help....

A quick easy way to do the lazy would be to chop your popup sticks down and weld them back together...
As far as the one at a time? Get a repair manual with the complete schematics and work from there. Wiring is easy, just extremely time consuming.
