4th Generation New turbo....

im in the money for a new turbo. concidering its never been toutched since 88 im assuming. i know i would need to upgrade a lot of interior engine parts to handle a bigger turbo but i dont have that much green..... unfortunately. BUT if i can get sum info on what id need and approximate prices and tech info on how ta build it id love ta start tearin inta this lil box a fun. only thing is time, work, and ambition.... and i got a poor mans garage, my lift consists of a jack, whatever amount of chunks a wood ta fit under the jack stands and a hope that i dont die workin on it. gotta love ghetto exhaust work.... but on the other hand if a fellow grease monkey happens to have a spare stock turbo laying around cuz ya upgraded or whatever id love ta take it of your hands.... OOOR how much is a rebuild kit????....... too many options... any help is greatly appreaciated

for a good engine rebuild, you need to put down at least 5k.
then you have to buy the electronics to control your new fuel mods to keep up with the extra boost. its all bout the boost.

What the hell are you trying to build for 5 k?
Even if you pay someone else, it sholdn't cost that much.

Unless you're going crazy.

For instance, check this package out...

GTr, a easy upgrade for you is a Supra CT26.
Should run ~ $160 used.
