Questions about gen 5 celica gt

Hello fellow Toyota Nation members.. This is my first post on this forum, and from what i've read so far from everyone i really like this site.. everyone has helpful info.. so I'm in need of a little info myself.. ok.. first.. I've own toyota trucks ever since I've been able to drive and I decided to go with a change so I baught a gen 5 toyota celica gt... since i don't know to much bout the import tuner seen I need some info on whats size rims I can put on it with stock suspension..second i didn't get a owners manual with my car and my stinkin check engine light is on..i know I can diagnose it some how but i can't remember how to do it and i don't know what the codes mean.. plus what online stores have good deals on celica parts such as rims,body kits,etc... Any info on any of these questions will be greatly appreciated...

Look under the hood for a rectangular thing that says "Diagnosis" on the top. It's near the firewall on the driver side. Get a wire and jump TE1 and E1 wire. Then turn the ignition to "ON" or "ACC" -- I forgot which. The engine need not be started but you can if you desire. The light will flash to indicate the code. Count the flashes, it will be a 2 digit number. The flashes will have a pause between the numbers.

Your engine is 5SFE.
The owner manual can be found on eBay for like $5.
7th gen Celica GT-S rims will fit nicely on a 5th gen GT.
They are 16"x6.5" 39mm offset 5x100 bolt pattern.
Stock tires that come with these wheels are 205/50/16
They can be pretty cheap $250-$300 for 4 wheels.
