car just died

heres my problem

i accelerated hard around a corner, then coasted straight into the next corner, thats where the engine died suddenly, and i smelled gas. the car then would crank fine (has all electrical), but wouldnt start. i could smell gas as i tried to start it... it has gas in it. its a 86 celica gt... with a 2SE engine (EFI) .. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated to diagnose or fix .... thanks..

A tune up won't hurt. Somehow your car is flooded with gas.

so it has a yellow sppark on a platinum plug. the efi fuse was blown, so we put in another fuse, cranked, and it blew again. had a recommendation that a new condenser will fix that, thats what i'll try next.
