i think your best bet would be to get a kit. intercooler and piping. if you have your mind set on a specific intercooler than buy it and buy someone else's kit and sell what you dont use from the kit. the only other thing i could tell you is to take it to a shop and have them bend it up for you but that will most likley be expensive. i reccomend a kit because even if you were to find just the piping there is a good chance that it wont match up to a different intercooler. make sure you do your research!!!!! GOOD LUCK

bay area on alltrac.net has a kit he can sell and ship to you...
with the 165 though you will most definately have issues fitting in front.
why not get a 185rc or 205 wta ic? will fit easier, and would quite possibly be cheaper in the long run.

I've always had good luck with CCA and JRC intercoolers (Custom Coach of America and Johnny Race car, respectivly). They're very good units for a very good price.

I have a JRC 5" intercooler, and Tyrus does a great job with them. It's flawless, came very quickly, and he responded to all of my questions right away.

Anthony from CCA (you can get them through LSDMotorSports.com) does an amazing job, and his prices are very very nice. He also has a lot of different options for his intercoolers (offsets, sizes, polishing, etc).

Both of these guys make them to order, so the welding/fabricating and shipping may take about a week or so.

As for piping, I would just sit down and visualize how you want to run the piping. Do you want to clock the turbo? that's something to think about as it makes the setup a bit cleaner and more effective.

For the material, you can use whatever you want. I use aluminized steel because it's cheap and easy to weld. You could also go with stainless and aluminum. LSD motorsports carries that as well, and it all comes from CCA.

Any questions, let me know

Colin
