I don't think the "best" clutch really has to do with what tranny it's attached to. You should be more concerned with what "type" of clutch you want to go with?
Are you looking for a performance clutch or an OEM spec clutch? Are you going to be doing any serious racing, what kind of power levels are you wanting this clutch to handle?
I use an ACT 6 puck unsprung clutch with a "heavy duty" pressure plate.
It's unsprung and it's got a heavy duty pressure plate, so it's very agressive and it was hard to get used to. Overall, I'm used to it and I love it. Since I'm making a bit more than double my stock horsepower, it's nice to know that I have a clutch that can take a beating.
