The black one next to it has 500+BHP

I would think that new internals, a larger turbo and some type of engine management would do the trick

It was until this happened

Caused by a police car going on the wrong side of the road. 3 GT4`s involved, this was the worst although it was still driveable, one st185 had to be stretchered home on the back of a low loader.
