Question White Smoke

hey i was wondering if i need to replace the headgasket, because everyother day when i start the car the very first time white smoke comes out of the tailpipes and a very very bad smell comes with it, but theres no coolant in my oil or oil in my coolant so i was wondering if that was the problem? well thanks for any help i get

You sure its white and not a slight blueish tint to it ? Mine smokes on start up, its oil, not coolant. Keep an eye on your coolant levels,they'll go down if its burning it.

no its just pure white no blue, but my coolant level is going down just a little at a time though

Depends. Anywhere from 20-100 bucks. Don't know how much they are at Toyota. If you do that, you'll also need new headstuds. These can be had for fairly cheap as well.

yeah lucas works but i have a friend who always is telling me not to use lucas cuz its shit and its nothing and it destroys the engine but ive used it on all my other vehicles and it seemed to work but everytime i tell him im gonna put lucas in it he always gives me this big ass lecture that it doesnt work and it destroys the enigne
