is this true? and he drives a 2001 Integra Turbo and he said that it consumes a bit less gas than when he was stock on the highway, but he does get less MPG on the city since he drives a stick...

ON the other-hand the Supercharger, does it give you instant boost unlike the Turbo? and will it consume much more gas than before? will it only get 28 on the highway "which is worst than my tC?" also do I need to take it to a "TUNE" shop just to get my S/C running right like Turbo?

I just want a reliable car with some power on the up-hills... not a "10 second car with NOS"

My neighbor told me that if I plant flowers on my lawn it can brighten up the house. I'd say screw that, I'm broke.

As for the boost, the pedal pressure and position plays a role. You can be out of boost and be getting good gas mileage or be in redline. You must be thinking about turbo lag, generally the bigger the turbo sizing the longer the lag when pushing it. Supercharger when push would create boose much sooner then the turbos since its not exhaust driven. From your post I would suggest the TRD supercharger, less problems to worry about and you'll get that oomph. Nitrous is another suggestion but decided for yourself. Your gonna have to prioritize which one you want more, the reliability factor or the power factor?
