i have adjusted the toe on a couple of cars, but not the camry. in those cases on the tie rod end there is something that looks to be like two nuts that run along a threaded section. the smaller one (i believe the smaller one was located closer to the wheel) locks the adjustment and keeps it from moving. the other is what either lengthens or shortens the tie rod end. so in your case, loosen the locking nut on the drivers side and shorten the length by spinning the other nut. tighten the lock again. i hope this helps.
