Front bumper cover comes off quite easily in like 10-15 minutes of CAREFUL work. For anyone with a very slight mechanical sense, it's a walk in the park blindfolded! ... but I guess Toyota recommends taking it to the dealer for two reasons:
1. To bang you for probably 1.5 hours in labor for a $2 bulb.
2. Most people who buy the Camry aren't DIYers, and don't have the technical knowledge to even figure out that the front bumper cover needed to come off to get the headlight out of the vehicle!
