yup....Nealoc187

literally no weight on the car...no back seats, fendor lining, Braille 9.5lb battery...etc.

I just didn't want to have a piece of metal on 4 wheels to break the 13 second mark.

this can go on and on...about NA cars but I am speaking from my own experience
and not from people posting on Maxima.Org or Camry Forums etc.

my first low budget phase to get quickness on the Camry.

1. CAI $85-150
2. fresh NGKs $60
3. Full Tranny Flush T-Tech $90
4. Seafoam thru Brake Booster $6
5. BG44K in the fuel tank $10
6. Throttle Plate Cleaning $3
7. Fresh 5W-20 or Royal Purple or Amsoil 5w 30 $30
8. Light weight 11lb Rims 15x6 with 205/60-15s (60 or 55 is a good low profile) 50 series is great at the track but the load rating on the tire has to be in the 89 range.
9. Remove all Floor Mats and junk in the car, that is not used.
10. Remove Spare Tire/Jack/Metal accessories in the trunk
11. Substrate Metallic Cat coverter $60
12. 2.5 exhaust piping No resonator $45
13. TRD (ie Borla) Sport muffler $299

*you will be quick. The above mods...you will actually feel the quickness.
A. Power > increased
B. Weight > decreased (especially rotational inertia)
