This is OK and has been expected for a while. Just remember, when entities get too big (ie Roman Empire, GM, Kirstie Alley) they ALWAYS right-size with time. It will happen with Toyota, as well. Regardless, good for Toyota, it seems that the organization deserves it. __________________ INRI
