I know not many ppls here have 2003 corollas, but went to the dealership yesterday to ask about any TSBs on the windows rattling or not closing properly on the 2003 'rollas, and lo-and behold, there was one!
If you have this problem, go in, ask about it, then tell them that you have this problem. Apparently, the regulator in the manual windows are faulty. Not enuf to cause a recall, but enuf that it will be fixed under warrentee.
BTW, i always thought that regulators were electric parts like a motor...why would a manual window assembly have regulators?
