I personally will never buy all-seasons again.. A tire is only good in one set of conditions and that's it. If it has a lot of deep sipes.. it'll suck for dry traction.. if it has too little.. it'll suck in the snow.
Honestly, this past winter I bought a set of true snow tires.. I outperformed my friends WRX in the snow.. That's in my 6th gen 3sgte swapped celica with a limited slip trans.. He was slidin all over.. and I had near perfection traction no matter what..
They are also decent in dry conditions.. I'm still running them with no problems.
You can pick them up on tirerack for about 50 dollars a piece..
So for me it's a good set of summer tires and a set of snow tires..
