How to remove Shotgun Seat?

How do I remove the "shotgun" seat in the 1986 van? I just got one, and need to get under there to get at the radiator hose to tighten the clamp.

My chilton's manual doesn't cover it. ....

Thanks in advance!

You mean the Passanger seat? You need to unbolt the seat rails (one bolt is located under the wheel well / top of right front tire. Then, is just a matter of unbolting everyting aroung the seat / trans lever, center console and you might have to remove the drivers seat as well (to have complete access to the engine)

I think there are 14-15 bolts to remove before you can slide the passenger panel over. I was using a cordless drill, which made it a lot faster. You might have to pull up some of the carpet over the panel too if someone hasn't done this already. It opens the engine compartment up a ton.
