Thumbs down 1994 Hiace Lights Dim Huge issue please help!

Hey I own a Toyota Hiace 1994 Van and I have a issue When I turn the Lights on it doesn't matter what light I turn on Head, park signal the Lights go dim! And the dash boad lights go dim as well when the radio is on and when I hit da head lights the Radio cuts off and comes back... And there is this indication shown on the Dash board when I on the Lights,

that Lamp thing on fire is wat I see when I turn the lights on

Looks like a grounding issue; probably the -cable of your headlights do not make good contact with the chassis and the current then somehow seeks an alternative way via the grounding of the dahsboard lights. How did you resolve the problem in the end?
