I think I've figured out how to get the light to illuminate only when the fog lights are on. I'll be working on it tomorrow, so I'll post some results when I get done. So far, the only problem I see is that I don't think the fog light switch will dim with the rheostat. That's a small price to pay, but I might be able to work it out.
