USA Strange!!!! Wind blows away 2000 Corolla on higher speed

Hey,
I got an strange opinion from two repair shops that interstate highways usually have a bit unevenness and when it is windy, I should drive slower; because this car is not for driving above 60 MPH.

Please guys share your opinon about this year/make/model specifically and experiences.
I will probably resell it in next few month if this is really the case.

Thanks,
Fahad
