Yes, they're compatible.
No, the Matrix does not come w/ a strut bar.

where can i find one oem for xrs corolla online. or else my bro can order through toyota. they probably run over 100...

i seen TRD ones.. how much those run?

TRD STB will be around $125. not that much, the Corolla XRS one looks cool, but not sure if it functions as good as it looks.

DC sports just released a STB for the Matrix also, around $125.

Be sure and get the ones that don't have any joints on them especially where it would flex or move. The TRD is good since it's all one piece or unless you can fab. your own and have all the equip. to do it maybe cheaper.
