Covered under Warranty?

I purchased my 2005 Matrix XR maybe 3 months. It's certified pre-owned, and I'm just over 30,000 miles. I've noticed a couple of things, that I wonder if they are covered under the factory warranty.
On my driver side window, the rubber on the outside has started to roll up into where the windows groove is. It's doing this at the top of the back end of the window. Towards the front end of the window, it's not rolling into the window area, but seems to actually be pulling away from the window.
Also, on my drivers door, the large seal the goes around the door frame has started to crack. I didn't notice it when I first bought the car, but a week or afterwards, I noticed it when it seemed to reach out and grab me as I was getting in the car. It's actually about 6 inches long, with chunks falling off. I don't know if this would be considered "normal wear and tear," and if I'm out of luck with that.
Third and last thing I've noticed, was when I washed it, on the back light assembly, a little bit of water got into the lights on the drivers side.
So, my question is, would these things be covered under the factory warranty? I assume the first and third would, but not sure, and if not, anybody know how much they are for the parts to fix myself?
Thanks.

I've seen issues number 1 and 3 occur several times for other owners and they have had it fixed under warranty. #2 is also a common problem (local members addressed it a local meet) but I guess it's worth a shot reporting it. Better off doing it now early in the game than later on.

I would argue the rubber door seal SHOULD be covered; It is not a "wear item" because there is no expectation that it should ever have to be replaced during the life of the car. Seeing as yours is plus or minus a year out of the factory it sounds like that rubber must have been defective to have split so soon.

Like you I have the problem with the rubber where the window inserts into the top of the door frame. It is squished a little funny in the front-top-driver-side corner, but it isn't leaking so I haven't done anything about it.

I had my window 'rubber' replaced after about 36,000 miles. It too seemed to be 'bunching up' at the upper part of the door. They replaced it NO PROBLEM. I was the original owner though, so you may have a problem, but most likely not. Good luck!

Thanks for the replies. I still have about another 5000 miles under the factory warranty. I took it in for the 30,000 mile maintenance last Friday and asked about these things at the same time. There was a "no problem with the window rubber to be replaced," a "well, it doesn't look like your rear lamps are leaking because usually there is some discoloration, but while we've got it we'll take a look at it," and "the door seal looks like a wear item, as it's worn from getting in or out."

So, they've ordered the window rubber, and the rear lamp, and I guess they came in today, now I've got to schedule for this to be done.
