Black Matrix Paint Help

Ive been looking into repainting my car (not a Toyota) a black and have been looking for different variations of black. I saw a Matrix one day on the road that had a nice black w/light silver metallic flakes. Im trying to find what year Matrix that was or perhaps the paint name or code. Im sure it was a stock color too. Any help would be great, thanks in advance!

i belive that the color that you are looking for is called METEORIC GREY. i have i 05 xrs with that color. i love it. sometimes it looks black, but in direct sunlight you can see the red and green metal flake with the dark grey base

I did a 2 tone on mine, keeping the indigo ink pearl and using a '03 mazda bluish black pearl. It diff. types one was a little more pearl and the other more metallic.

I know this was posted forever ago, but anywyas, i have this paint as well... and jsut had it repainted after an accident.

The meteroite metallic fleck is a clear coat on-top of the grey-black. so...... I would assume you coudl do that to any car or colour...
