Question Keyless Entry Box..What does it look like?

I was told that the box for the keyless entry is either under the seat or under the dash...What does it look like? The Toyota dealerships want me to bring it in so they can check for me...LOL...And then probably want about $80 for looking...Anyone know what it looks like? There is a small metal box with a wire coming from the driver's side seat so i figured that is the seat belt but don't know if it also controls the keyless entry.
Thanks for everyones help ...It is a Toyota Matrix XR 2003 model...

What do you mean by keyless entry "box"? And why are you looking for it?
The box under the driver's seat is the voltage inverter assembly.
