2005 AWD Matrix time to trade

I keep my cars about a year and then trade them in, this will be my 3rd matrix, Can I post it for sale here?? Cant seem to find a for sale spot on the matrix forum..
Please move this ad if its in the wrong spot, and if it is moved could you please tell me so I can add pictures. 2005 AWD Blue/white matris 13,200 miles Fully loaded, ABS, Sunroof,Automatic,6 disc changer, Kelly blue book says $18,400 I normally trade them in but this time thought I might just sell it! Has white wheels and white rear fatory spoiler lip.
I order them in with the extras so they bring a good price when I trade them.. Wife also has one she is getting a new white one today, or at least the dealer said it would be ready today.

What's the point of buying a new car every year? Why not lease it so you don't take the huge depreciation?
