NE1 Changed XRS brakes themselves?

Has anyone here changed their brakes themselves on an XRS?
I am putting a Kit on a friends '03 and need to know how you removed the front rotors?
There is a 12pt nut that has been punched into the keyway to keep it from backing off,I'm wondering what's the best way to remove this?
I have searched through some of the online repair manuals posted here but there is no reference as to how to remove the nut.

Thanks,

you dont need to remove that nut

you just need to remove the wheel ( 5- 21mm nuts)
remove the 2-14mm bolts for the caliper .......actually you can just do the bottom one and piviot the caliper up and slide the slider out of the carrier

next remove the 2 - 17mm bolts that hold on the carreier on
if you are not reuseing the rotors....
then take a hammer to the back side of the rotor hit it hard then turn it 120 degrees repeat until the rotor is off

If you are sending the rotors to be Machined .........then use a dead blow hamer or a soft face hammer ...

or use a peice of wood againinst the rotor and use the hammer against the wood to knock the rotor off

where in TO are you ???
