Matrix AWD, good deal?

Hey, I got my eye on this 2006 Matrix AWD xr with 12500 miles, with upgraded 6-cd charger sound (not JBL), option package #2, side curtain, and toyota service agreement for 7/75000. The guy wants 16600 + taxes. I am wondering is it a good deal? It is hard to find a one with AWD these days. Please drop your opinion. Thanks.

like what I said, In my opinion, it is a good deal coz' they are discontinuing the AWD XR! I think 06' was the last year of AWD production....
