Pls. be gentle...hehehehehe!

I need opinions from you guy's..here's what i found that's below $17k with quick acceleration

02' Subaru WRX Impreza, Sedan, Blue Mica, 2.0 Turbo AWD w/ 49k miles

03' Subaru WRX Impreza, Sedan, Yellow, 2.0 Turbo AWD w/ 48k miles

04' Mazda 3s Sedan, Titanium Black, 2.3 liter w/ 38k miles

What do you think? Which one would be the best pick?

It will be use as a daily driver, 100 miles a day, rush hour mainly, need quick accelaration

Impreza, unless it's the new MazdaSpeed 3 which is turboed (but more than $17k for sure)

And go with the Blue Mica colour, unless you have yellow-fever

I agree, the Impreza is better than the 3.

ok..what about this! Add a TRD supercharger on my 04' XR, installed by the dealer so it won't void my 4 yr warranty...is it worth it? Will it add up to 168hp?

I'd rather spend $17K on another car then spend whatever it costs for the TRD SC.

Sift through the Forced Induction section on matrixowners.com and you read nothing but unreliability from that thing.

EDIT: Oh. That's just my opinion.

2nd EDIT: And if you think I'm kidding, I can post links all day long...

be aware of recalls

If you are going to buy one of the earlier model wrx's and sti's make sure that all the recall work was done. A lot of them were recalled for transmission and clutch failure. Plus if I were you, buy from a dealer and make sure that you get a warranty with it to cover as much as you can get.

Definately go with the wrx. You can verify for recalls and technical service buletins at:
http://mycarstats.com/

This is how I got all corrections done on my xrs before the warranty went out.
