windshield washer and coolant

Windshield washer - Can I mix the Blue and Purple(pink) windshiedl washer?. The difference i think between the two was the blue can withstand -15 and purple -30 degrees. If I mix it, will it hurt my windhield motor etc..

Coolant - Can i just buy any premixed coolant? When I looked at my sis Matrix it has like pinkish coolant,, can I mix it with the green one..

thanks

NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER mix coolants. Most coolants do not even allow you to add water. I don't remember what coolant the matrix uses, but all you have to do is read the owners manual and itll let you know the type of all fluid and lubriacants that the car uses. Windshield wiper fluid shouldnt really matter, but why exactly would you want to mix it anyway, just find one that suits your needs.

i do not intend to mix the winshield washer fluid. the windshield washer inidicator in the dash is on and therefore I have to fill it up.. However I only have the purple one which I bought last year from a sale. and the windshied fluid on the matrix was blue.

thanks for the advise on the coolant. I guess I'll just purchase it from toyota.
