Toyota Canadian Hood deflector accessory

I'm hoping if one of the Canadian members can tell me if Toyota Canada sells the Matrix hood deflector that is picture in the 2006 Toyota Canada brochure. This deflector angles up more along the sides of the hood than the standard ones (Lund) I've seen on the net.

A guy on another toyota forum lives next to a Toyota place in canada, and is getting one for me. Why doesn't Toyota sell the hood deflector in the US?

mmm... i guess in the US i found that your highways tend to be cleaner than ours (i.e. less rocks laying around) and you guys don't have MASSIVE LOADS of salt on your roads like where I live (Ottawa). lol... oh well at least you found one right?

Just how would one go about ordering this hood deflector from Toyota Canada - anyone have a part number? Anybody think there is a way for a U.S. dealer to get one? I tried calling several dealerships in Montreal (I'm from Boston) but they have weird hours - guess I have to wait until Monday.

From my invoice, the part number should be: C0500-12033.

Reason I got mine is to cover up a major stone ding I got while travelling through W. Virginia. It was cheaper than getting it repaired. "Out of sight, out of mind".
