adjusting the headlights......

I've tried doing a search on this but found nothing, so...........I was curious if anyone here knows how to adjust the headlights up/down on a 2003 Matrix XRS. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

that pic is takin with the housing out, but if you look straight down between the highs and lows you'll see that bolt... turn it left to lower and right to raise
