Intake Question

Its been about a year since i put the SRI on my matrix, now its time to clean it. Does anyone know what sort of cleaning chemcials i can/cannot use? Or can i just air blow it from the inside out? Any info here would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I would buy the K&N air filter cleaner from any auto parts store. its the best out there and i love how it cleans up the filter. makes it brand new

you have an AEM SRI, I would buy the AEM stuff to clean it.

It really doesnt matter what brand you buy i have a cosmo cai and i use the k&n air filter bc i like how it cleans and oils my filter, its all personal preference. use what every you feel comfortable using, but make sure the kit cleans and re-oils your filter
