Headlight Adjustment

How do I align my headlight beams without having to take it to it to a Toyota dealer to adjust it? I looked in my manual and it says that if it needs aligning I have to take it to a Toyota dealer to realign it. This seems kind of an extreme thing for something so simple. Thanks for your help.

There's a nut (10mm wrench) on the back of the housing between the lowbeam and highbeam, a little towards the bottom for adjusting the up & down. I just had my headlights out today to JDM them black and noticed this nut.

You can also use a Philips to turn the nut at the top too.

on the driver sides - make sure to use a short philips due to the tight space.

Thanks everyone...I appreciate your help...I didn't see any reason why I should pay a mechanic to adjust a freakin' headlight....
