was the shark fin antenna easy to install? is the reception as good as the original antenna?

shark fin is very easy to install, but reception is lost by 10%. I have it but don't care for radio much so perfect and is color matched to car's finish.

on the second pic, the middle trix has the blacked out tail lights. did you do that yourself or get them already blacked out? if you got them like that, where did you get them? i want some for my trix...black sand pearl. i also really like that dc strut bar. that is bigger and beefier than most other strut bars i have seen for the trix.

I did it myself. I bought the tint from rvinyl on ebay, and tinted them myself. they look great though. and i actually test the tint on my factory ones so that way i didnt ruin my tyc's that i love so dearly, now i havem y tyc's tinted and they look great.
