Car Lowering.
Hey guys, if I decide to lower my car, do I need to get new suspensions or can they be adjusted?
Do you need any good place in Toronto where I can get it done?
Thanks!
.Eric

you can do it one of two simple ways
one buy just lowering springs and have them swapped out
or buy lowering springs and aftermarket shocks to handle the lowered ride better
i would buy both lowering springs and shocks that way u can have two set ups if u need to go back to stock..

Would this be a good one to buy?

If I just get the lowering springs, then I can stay with the stock shock?
Thanks again.

Eric,
Mikes_Matrix on matrixowners.com (Toronto forum) does the install and you'll get lot's of advice what options you have and prices. Mike got me the Eibach ProKits and did the install for me.

So is 1.2" drop good or should I go with 2" drop? Did you guys notice any different after the drop in terms of stability?
As for the trix shown above, how much drop is it? I think I really like that...don't wanna any lower..

what about lower it just like trix, and then get the aero kit?
or is that too low for aero kit?
i just don't want to scretch the car when i go over the bump and stuff.......
what about all three?
lower it, aero kit, and change the rims from 16" to 17", so you get thinner tires, therefore, make it even lower?

nice.
i am just wondering, if i get all three done, would the car be too low to even drive?
or is it worth it at all?
cause if it gets too low, and there are some foregin object on the road or freeway.......then you are pretty much screwed.........

Westend...ask Mikes_Matrix.
Eastend...Scarborough Toyota. Their alignment bay is level w/ the floor (no ramps = no scraping).
