Canada ABS On/Off Switch?

I live in Toronto Canada and have a 2005 Matrix XR with ABS and 17" wheels. I'd like to have switch on the dash to turn the ABS on or off. Does anyone know if this is possible?

You'd have to find someone who can make sense of wiring diagrams to fashion a circuit for you, but that someone would almost certainly have to be yourself, because I doubt you'd find a technician that would agree to take that liability on. You'd also void any sort of warranty you might have on the system.
But yes, it's possible.
