wet passenger side floors

Has anyone had this problem? I own a 2004 Matrix and I noticed about five months ago that the rear passenger side floor was wet. I thought I had spilled something and thought nothing of it. Then about a month ago I noticed it again, and now the front pass. side floor is wet, too. I got back from a vacation a few days ago and when I got in the car there was heavy condensation on the inside of the windshield. Any ideas?

my dad used to have an old AMC concorde (what a piece of shit that car was), and whenever it rained, the passenger side floor would always be soaked. i never quite knew where it leaked from, but feel around the door jambs and other areas in the car to try to find where water may be from.

if it is the coolant thing as suggested by chuckles, then get your car into the dealership and have them fix that immediately. that could potentially leak coolant into the oil, which will screw up the oil very badly, and could cause your motor to seize and the only way to truly fix a seized motor would be to replace it.

a heater core WILL not leak oil or mix with engine oil ( that would be a head gasket)
will not seize a engine.
but might cause it to run a bit warm!

Maybe the AC drain tube is plugged.

its your ac drain and tube, i had the same exact problem on my 04 took it the dealer and they had it fixed in 5 minutes. the tube under the floor sometimes comes unclamped causing a large amount of water to leak into the car so make sure they use a zip tie or something to ensure it is held in place. Hope this helps
