newbie just wanting to say hello

Just bought MY first Toyota (2004 Matrix XRS) and will be picking it up on Monday! I really can't wait. As I said this is MY first Toyota, but my entire family basically drives Toyota. I'm coming from a Volkswagen GTI 1.8T (got rid of it because it required WAY too much maintenance, and the shops here SUCK).

Just wanted to say hi to everyone, and a quick question ... should I be looking into winter RIMs/tires for the XRS??? I am assuming it comes with all-seasons. I live in Ottawa, Canada ... so we do get a bit of snow ... but lots of ice!

Congrats on your purchase!

I believe that Toyota has decided to put on A/S tires on the 17's in the XRS for 2004. 2003's came w/ summer tires. But I guess you'll find out soon enough when you pick it up.
Still, nothing beats a good set of snow tires anyway.
