What weight gear lube for XRS manual tranny & Differential?

I've STFA etc. & even Googled but am not finding this ... .what's the factory spec gear lube or oil for the 05 XRS manual tranny and differential?

there was one available online at one point (got the link from here) but that link has since gone dead so I don't know if it'll work now (Bay Area Toyota/Matrix owners?).
