baught hids but dont work

hey whats goin on i bought a set of hids for my matrix, i plugged em in cus they say it is direct plug and play but im not gettin no light can ne 1 help me with this problem

Recheck your install/connections is all I can suggest.

I made sure mine worked before I mounted the ballasts and whatnot tucked in the chassis behind the front bumper.

Check your wires. You may have crossed it. Also, DRL's - it's important you disable it or if the kit came with a relay, make sure they're connected correctly.

I just ran into the same problem. Apparently some of these ebay sets are polarity reversed. Just turn the OEM plug around and you'll find they work. Read more here:

hey everyone thanks alot i did realize that the polarity was reversed so i direct wired them with but connectors disconnected pin 12 and BOOM
