Fuse box location
Where is this 'second fuse box' located? The one in the engine bay is obvious, just to the right of the battery. I cant seem to find the second. According to the manual, its under the steering column with the cluster of wiring. I looked and couldn't find it, though I didn't look long cause its 11 degrees outside and I don't fit well on the floor mats with the doors closed. The reason I'm asking is because I need to replace the stock flasher with one designed for LED bulbs to get rid of hyper flash, and figured it made the most sense if it were located in the fuse box in the engine compartment, but its not.
