Dynamic traction ands stability control

Is 'dynamic traction and stability control' or whatever Toyota calls it, standard, an option, OR not available on the 2005, 06, 07, 08 Matrixes (and Vibes)? If an option, what trim level has it per year?

i may be mistaken, but i dont think that it is available for 03-08 trixes...only the 09s.
